# The Team

Since 2018, my partners and I have been supplying and hosting mining equipment. What started as a personal passion for miners has grown into a business with hundreds of clients, leading us to build our own hosting facilities for mining equipment. This remains my primary focus to this day. Neo Vikings is a separate business built on the infrastructure of our mining equipment sales company. This experience allows us to deliver high-quality services worldwide and share the best of what we have with our community and partners!\

\ <mark style="color:blue;">**The Offline Team**</mark>

Every day, the entire team from our office and hosting facility is involved in Neo Vikings operations. Logistics of miners, equipment testing, content creation, hosting setups, working with power grids, cooperation with Chinese suppliers, regulatory compliance—and much more. These tasks are carried out by our office and hosting teams.

Dozens of people make our operations possible. We are constantly improving our expertise and the quality of our services so that we can handle any case for our clients.\

The creator of our visual concept and the artist behind our Neo Vikings main collection. Freya is an architect-restorer specializing in historical buildings, and her experience, refined taste, and cultural vision have become the ideological foundation of our visual identity.\

Our Discord moderators, who help facilitate communication between all members of our community and business. They ensure the accuracy of shared information and organize events and games for our community.\

This is crucial. Every day, every market movement, and every new mining model release is a challenge. Our goal is to analyze as much new information as possible in the shortest timeframe.

Experimentation is a fundamental part of our team. By conducting real-world research—testing new ASIC models, different algorithms and mining pools, and exploring new directions in PoW mining—we can optimize the experience for both ourselves and our clients. This direct approach allows us to save time and resources while achieving the best possible results for everyone involved. We always have firsthand knowledge from the field.
